  • Eni through Versalis performs activities of production and marketing of petrochemical products (basic petrochemicals and polymers), leveraging on a wide range of proprietary technologies, advanced production facilities, as well as a large and efficient retail network present in 18 European Countries.

  • Saipem boasts a solid competitive position in the market for services to the oil companies leveraging on its technical and operational skills ( in particular in frontier areas, complex eco-systems and large projects), engineering and project management capabilities, availability of state-of-the-art technology and its satisfactory long-term relationships with the major oil companies and National Oil Companies.
